These Terms govern access to and use of energyrise.click, including website features, coaching, courses, subscriptions, and any job-listing or related digital services offered through this site.

2. Offer and ordering process

Before placing a paid order, users must be shown the service selected, the total price actually payable, any billing interval, and key contract terms. Users can review inputs, correct entry errors, and then submit the order. An order confirmation is sent promptly by email. These disclosures and process steps are provided in line with the Federal Act of 19 December 1986 on Unfair Competition (UCA), SR 241, Article 3 paragraph 1 letter s UCA and the Price Indication Ordinance (PIO), SR 942.211.

3. Services, access, renewals, and cancellations

Service scope, access timing, duration, renewal terms, cancellation conditions, and any refund rules are described on the relevant sales or checkout page and form part of the contract. Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital access is provided after payment is confirmed. Users must provide accurate information and keep login details confidential.
